HR2030 & HERE: HR Future Summit

INVITATION

Dear colleagues,

We are very pleased to be entering the next phase of our joint journey with the HERE Project and the HR2030 vision.

Therefore, we would like to warmly invite you to our international Summit in week 6 of 2026 at our headquarters in Minden.

This event presents an excellent opportunity for us to network and explore the HERE Project and our strategic vision for HR2030. Together, we will discuss how we can shape processes, systems, and organizational structures to meet future challenges.

The workshops, including the accompanying program, are scheduled from Tuesday to Thursday 3rd -5th February. Monday and Friday are reserved for travel time and/or individual meetings.

We look forward to engaging with you, hearing your input, and moving forward together with the implementation of these initiatives.

Program for Monday evening:

We have decided not to schedule an official program for the evening. The hotel has a bar downstairs, and anyone who would like to can meet there for a drink.

There are also several restaurants within walking distance.

Specific items or clothing:

There are no specific requirements. If you have them, you are welcome to bring your safety shoes for the three event days for the factory tour.

We also recommend comfortable footwear for Wednesday’s team‑building activity. Since there is a thermal spa near the hotel, you may also want to pack swimwear.

Free Time:

Take a walk in the spa park, go shopping at the Werre Park, or enjoy some wellness time at the Bali Therme.
